- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆People up front in the office are really nice. Postmaster couldn't care less about anybody. When you call the office, you get the same "rough around the edges" guy whose job it is to tell you that "only express is guaranteed" I run a small business and these people don't seem to care about anyone. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This Post Office seems to have an issue answering their phones, been on hold for over an hour waiting. I have a missing item and need to ask them about it and have gotten no response. If they want to provide better customer service as a whole, they need to treat phone calls like regular customers and stop to take the call when they are done with a customer at hand. Frankly, Ive had this issue happen more times than not and its ridiculous. Trust me when I will be filing an official complaint if my call isnt answered soon.By Joseph Keith, January 17, 2017
